Jens Rachut has a new band again! AUSGESTORBEN is a new band consisting of Atli Grund, Thomas Wenzel, Uwe Roth, Elmer Günther, and Jens Rachut, bringing together (former) members of bands such as ANGESCHISSEN, OMA HANS, DAS MOOR, DIE STERNE, and DIE GOLDENEN ZITRONEN. There were times when tolerance was greater, curiosity was stronger, and hair was more colorful. You couldn’t check anything beforehand because there was no internet, and you just went to a concert (Udo Jürgens 1976), but who is "Ausgestorben"?

It reads like a spam email, but everything that follows is true:
Guitar 1: Atli Grund “Chef Atli”: born in Iceland, formerly of “Angeschissen” and “Big Balls and the Great White Idiot,” Hamburg’s first punk band.
Guitar 2: Thomas Wenzel “Vize”: born in Elmshorn, formerly of “Die Sterne,” “Cow,” currently with “Die Goldenen Zitronen” and “Kleiber.”
Bass: Uwe Roth “Der Franzose”: 20 years as a boat builder in Marseille when it was still emptier, and in the 90s with “Arm” and “Das Moor.”
Drums: Elmer Günther “Junior”: played with “Parole Trixie” and “Tolerantes Brandenburg.”
Singer: Jens Rachut “der Sensible”: sang with various combos, currently with “Ausgestorben.”
